Services

The right attachment for the job

Every service below is built around equipment I own and run myself. One machine, seven attachments, and a lot of ground covered.

Grading & Leveling

Flat bucket

Leveling yards, driveways, and pads. Spreading topsoil, gravel, and fill so water drains away from where you don’t want it.

Material Handling & Cleanup

Hydra Bucket

Grabbing, loading, and moving dirt, rock, and debris. Good for site cleanup and jobs where you need to pick up odd-shaped material, not just scoop it.

Concrete Breaking & Removal

Concrete breaker

Breaking up old slabs, patios, sidewalks, and pads so the area can be reworked. Rubble is piled on site for now; haul-off isn’t available yet while my dump trailer is being built.

Land Clearing & Debris Removal

Root rake grapple

Raking out roots, rocks, and brush piles, then grabbing and moving the debris. Clears ground for a garden, fence line, or new project.

Stump Removal

Stump bucket

Digging out stumps that are already on the ground and left over from earlier work. I don’t cut trees; I remove what’s left in the dirt.

Pallet & Material Moving

Pallet forks

Unloading and placing palletized stone, pavers, block, sod, and supplies right where they need to go on your property.

Brush & Overgrowth Cutting

Heavy duty brush cutter

Knocking down overgrown lots, tall grass, weeds, and thick brush to reclaim fence lines, fields, and neglected areas.

What I don’t do

I do not offer tree work or forestry mulching. If your project needs trees cut, trimmed, or mulched, you’ll want a tree service for that part. I’m glad to handle the ground work before or after.

Equipment

Bobcat T66 high-flow skid steer

A compact track loader with high-flow hydraulics to run demanding attachments like the brush cutter and concrete breaker. Tracks keep it stable and easier on the ground than wheels.

About

Veteran-owned. Owner-operated.

Veteran Earthworks is a veteran-owned earthwork and landscaping business serving Huntsville and Madison County. I’m Joshua, the owner and operator. There’s no crew and no employees: I take the call, look at the job, give the quote, run the machine, and do the cleanup myself.

I keep things simple: listen to what you need, tell you honestly what I can do, show up when I say I will, and leave your property clean when the job is done. If a job isn’t a good fit for my equipment, I’ll tell you up front.

  • Clear communication. You’ll know the plan before I start, and you’ll be talking to me the whole way.
  • Respect for your property. I work carefully and clean up after.
  • Honest scope. I stick to the work I’m equipped to do well.
  • Pay when you’re happy. You don’t pay until the work is done and you’re satisfied with it. The only exception is a job where I have to buy a lot of materials up front, like the big marble chessboard. Then I’ll ask for the materials cost before I start.

Quick Estimate

Get a ballpark price in a minute

Tell me what you need, where it is, and add a few photos. You’ll get a fair price range for the whole job. I price by the job, not by the hour, and my minimum to show up is $500. It’s a starting point, not a bid. I’ll firm it up after we talk or I see the property.

Sizes help a lot: acres, number of stumps, or slab dimensions.

Your contact info (optional, but it helps me follow up)

Not quoted here: tree work (cutting, felling, or trimming trees) and forestry mulching. I don’t offer those. Ground work before or after a tree service is fine. Debris and rubble haul-off isn’t available yet (my dump trailer is being built); call me if you have debris that needs hauling.

Your description and photos are used only to work up this estimate (they may be processed by an AI service) and aren’t saved on this site. Nothing is sent to me unless you choose to email it.
